Simple avocado toast with egg
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
Mash the avocado and spread evenly on the toast.
Cook the egg (poached or lightly fried using minimal olive oil).
Place the egg on top of the avocado toast.
Sprinkle black pepper and paprika.
Serve immediately.
